Thirty days of Growth free, then a free plan for your first 30 customers. No payment card needed to start. Paid plans start at £9 a month.
All plans are billed in GBP.
In brief
Every new shop opens on the Growth plan free for 30 days, with no card required. After that you move to the free plan rather than a payment page: one reward at one shop, for your first 30 customers, with no expiry. Paid plans start at £9 a month and are priced by what you run — rewards, shops, and marketing emails — not by how many customers collect stamps. Every plan includes unlimited stamps, staff, and scans.

What one reward means
A reward is the offer itself — buy 9 coffees, get the 10th free. Everyone who joins gets their own card for it, and there is no limit on how many people can collect. Running three rewards means running three different offers side by side, like a coffee card, a lunch card, and a weekend card.
Questions about cost
- How much does a loyalty program cost?
- It varies widely. Most loyalty platforms aimed at local businesses start from around £25 a month, and several charge per shop, so a second location doubles the bill. NeoLoyal starts free, paid plans begin at £9 a month, and shops are counted by the plan rather than billed one at a time.
- Is there a free loyalty program for small businesses?
- NeoLoyal's free plan is a real plan, not a trial. It runs one reward at one shop for your first 30 customers, and it does not expire. New shops get 30 days of Growth on top of it, but that is a head start rather than a countdown — when the 30 days end you land on the free plan, not on a payment page. Most free loyalty offers in this market are trials that end after 7 to 30 days and then require a card.
- Is there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?
- Every new shop opens on Growth free for 30 days — three rewards, three shops, and automatic win-back messages — with no card required. When the 30 days are up you move to the free plan rather than a paywall: one reward at one shop, for your first 30 customers, with no expiry. Nobody holding your card is affected either way, and your staff can keep stamping and redeeming throughout.
- What happens when I reach 30 customers?
- New customers can't join until you move to a paid plan. Everyone who already has your card carries on exactly as before — they keep collecting stamps and redeeming rewards, and nothing they have earned is touched. Your dashboard shows how many people were turned away.
- Do I need to enter card details to start?
- No. The free plan asks for an email address and nothing else. You only reach a payment page if you choose to move up a plan.
- What happens to my customers if I cancel?
- They keep their cards, their stamps, and any rewards they have earned, and your staff can still stamp and redeem. You go back to the free plan, so only new joins are paused once you are over 30 customers.
- Is it cheaper to pay for a year?
- There is no annual plan yet. Every plan is billed monthly and you can move up, move down, or stop at any time from your dashboard.
