Scan the business poster to join
The customer opens the join flow in their phone browser and keeps the new card in their NeoLoyal wallet.

Present and validate each eligible visit
The customer shows their card code. Authorised staff scan it—or review a request—before issuing the stamp.

When the reward is available, the customer requests redemption and staff confirm it before the card changes.

Customers can follow progress and rewards, while NeoLoyal enforces the limits configured by the owner when an action is attempted.

Current state: The card shows the stamp count and available reward.
Programme rules: Owners configure visit limits, cooldowns, daily caps, and expiry; the card displays its expiry when one is set.
Pending action: A request stays pending until authorised staff confirm it.
Confirmed result: The updated count or reward status becomes visible after confirmation.
