Questions and answers
The details a loyalty programme should make clear.
Straight answers about what customers see, what staff control, and what owners can configure in NeoLoyal.
01
Customers
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers join and use their NeoLoyal digital stamp cards from the browser on their phone.
How does a customer join a stamp card?
The business displays a printable QR join poster. The customer scans it, follows the browser-based join flow, and the new card appears in their NeoLoyal wallet.
Can customers add their own stamps?
No. Authorised staff issue stamps. Customers can present their card or make a request, but they cannot approve the action themselves.
Where can customers see their cards and rewards?
Customers keep cards from participating businesses in one browser-based NeoLoyal wallet. Each card shows its current stamp count and any available reward.

Programmes
What can I choose for my stamp card?
You choose the stamp target, completion reward, stamp icon, and card colour. You can also add rewards along the way, set visit limits, and decide whether cards expire.
How many stamps can a card require?
NeoLoyal supports targets from 2 to 50 stamps. The right target depends on how often customers naturally return and the value of the reward you choose.
Can a programme have more than one reward?
Yes. You can set the completion reward and add optional rewards at earlier milestones so customers can see what is available along the way.
Can I set visit limits, cooldowns, or an expiry?
Yes. A programme can include visit limits, a cooldown between eligible stamps, daily caps, and card expiry. NeoLoyal enforces these controls when a stamp is attempted, and the customer card shows its expiry when one is set.
Which businesses is NeoLoyal designed for?
NeoLoyal is designed for visit-based loyalty at independent cafés, bakeries, salons, barbers, beauty studios, restaurants, takeaways, and local shops.
03
Staff and outlets
How is a reward redeemed?
When a reward is available, the customer requests redemption. Authorised staff review and confirm it before NeoLoyal marks the reward as redeemed.
What happens if scanning is not practical?
Staff can use the customer’s typed card code as a fallback. The action still requires an authorised team member to validate it.
Can one business have more than one outlet?
Yes. A business can add locations and give each branch its own QR poster. Customers keep collecting on the same programme card across those locations.
Can staff access be limited?
Yes. Owners can invite team members and limit access by role, permission, and outlet so each person has the tools needed for their work.
