Permissions, not just a job title
Issuing stamps, viewing customers, editing the program, sending campaigns, reading analytics, managing the team and managing locations are each granted separately.
Three roles, eleven separate permissions, and invites that expire. What someone can do is decided when you invite them, not inherited from a job title.

What it is
A NeoLoyal team member is a person with a staff record on a business, holding one of three roles — owner, manager or staff — and an explicit set of permissions covering stamping, customers, the program, campaigns, analytics, team management and locations. Permissions are fixed onto the member when the invite is accepted.
Each capability has a clear place in the customer, staff, or owner journey.
Issuing stamps, viewing customers, editing the program, sending campaigns, reading analytics, managing the team and managing locations are each granted separately.
A manager acts strictly below themselves and can neither remove an owner nor promote another manager. Ownership is reached by transfer, never handed out through a link.
Send a link, optionally lock it to one email address, make it single-use, and cancel it before it is accepted.
Someone allowed to adjust a card by hand can be capped on how much they may change at once and how often in a day.
The journey
Choose manager or staff, and lock the link to an email address if you want.
Tick only the permissions the job needs. The role preset is a starting point.
Permissions are copied onto them at that moment, so changing a preset later never rewrites an existing member.
Re-scope, restrict or remove a member without affecting the stamps they already issued.
The boundary
Nothing about your team is metered, because charging for the people who run the program would price a business out of the safeguard that makes the count trustworthy: a stamp issued by an identified team member rather than by whoever is holding the phone.
Follow the customer card, staff validation, and owner controls from the first scan to a confirmed reward.
