Five rules, each tied to a moment
A welcome after joining, a nudge one stamp from the reward, a win-back for customers who went quiet, one more for those long gone, and a reminder before a voucher expires.
Five rules that watch individual cards and act when each person reaches the moment — a welcome the day after joining, a nudge when they are one stamp short.

What it is
Autopilot is a set of five standing rules in NeoLoyal that watch individual cards and produce a message when a customer reaches a defined moment: joining, being one stamp from a reward, going quiet, being long gone, or holding a voucher that is about to expire. It runs in suggestion mode by default, where the owner approves each batch before anything sends.
Each capability has a clear place in the customer, staff, or owner journey.
A welcome after joining, a nudge one stamp from the reward, a win-back for customers who went quiet, one more for those long gone, and a reminder before a voucher expires.
The default mode drafts and waits for approval. You see what the rules produce on your own customers before deciding to let any of them run unattended.
A nudge lands when that customer is one stamp short, not when you happen to open the dashboard on a Tuesday.
Each rule tracks the specific occurrence it acted on, so a daily check does not resend the same message every morning until the customer comes in.
The journey
Enable the ones that match how your program works and leave the rest off.
Read what each rule drafted for real customers and approve or discard it as a group.
Switch to automatic once a rule has shown you what it sends. Any rule can go back.
Autopilot draws on the same per-customer contact budget as your manual campaigns.
The boundary
Suggesting first is deliberate. An owner who has never seen what these rules produce has no basis for letting them send unattended, and the fastest way to lose that trust permanently is for the first thing Autopilot ever does to be something you would not have sent.
Follow the customer card, staff validation, and owner controls from the first scan to a confirmed reward.
